Challenge01

Nagaraja had a name and a mood but no system. It needed an identity that could live on clothing, sarongs and posters as easily as on a screen, and a way to generate new applications without the original designer in the room every time.

Approach02

We documented the identity as a handover, not a logo file: colour, type, spacing, pattern rules and the reasons behind them. The pattern work translated the mark into repeats for sarongs and apparel, with poster direction for events. Then we turned all of it into an AI-ready brief, with references and constraints, so new creative can be generated on brand and checked against the rules.

Outcome03

Repeatable identity. Clothing, textiles and posters that clearly belong to the same brand, guidelines the team can follow, and a generative brief that produces on-brand options in minutes rather than days.
